Mon 5th: Horsell Neighbourhood Team of Surrey Police is holding their regular panel meeting at Horsell Village Hall, High Street, 7-9pm.

Local Amnesty International group holds its monthly meeting tonight in the Trinity Methodist Church building on Brewery Road.

Tues 6th: Storytelling for under 5s at The Lightbox, Chobham Road, 11-11.40am. Free entry, donations welcome. Call 01483 737800 for details.

Weds 7th: Horsell Runners regular run, starts at 7.45pm from outside the Beijing Restaurant, High Street. Just come along or contact info@horsellrunners.org.

Thurs 8th: Christmas shopping evening (6-8pm) in Horsell, with Father Christmas, music and a treasure hunt for kids. See previous blogpost for more details.

Evening quilt club: come and make quilts for charity or work on your own projects at Needle and Thread, High Street. A social group – no tuition given. Every Thursday evening 7.30-9.30pm, just turn up. Call 01483 760 059 for details.

Fri 9th: Horsell Neighbourhood Team of Surrey Police is holding their regular daytime surgery at St Mary’s, Churchill, during the coffee morning, between 10.30am and 12pm.

Sat 10th: Santa’s Grotto at The Lightbox, Chobham Road, 11am-1pm and 3-5pm. £4 per child, includes gift. Call 01483 737837 to book.

Sun 11th: Join a winter conservation volunteer working party run by Horsell Common Preservation Society. Meet at Sandy Track car park at 10am for three hours of scrub bashing! Bring sturdy footwear and gardening gloves. Call Keith Bowden on 01483 750237 for more information.
