The latest initiative of Horsell’s Second Thursday Club is the launch of a community choir!
The choir will meet weekly on Tuesday evenings, 7-9pm in the lower room of Horsell Village Hall.
The first session will take place on Tuesday 5 March and will be a free taster session. Thereafter, simply drop-in and pay £6 for each session you attend.
The choir will meet regularly during school term times and, according to demand, during school holidays.
The choir is open to all ages and no auditions will be required. All the songs will be taught by ear.
The choir will be led by Anna Tabbush, an experienced choir leader, who already has an established choir, Guildford Vox. The repertoire will consist of contemporary and traditional songs from the British Isles and around the world.
